Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Handling & Production Time:
2 - 4 Business Days (Monday - Friday).
Since our products are personalized and made-to-order, this time is required for our team to customize, inspect, and package your items.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time & Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total cart value.
Shipping Carriers:
Domestic orders (USA) are fulfilled via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the fulfillment partner processing your order. International orders are shipped via DHL, Asendia, or equivalent international carriers. The specific carrier and tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer (Delivered Duty Unpaid – DDU). BringVibes is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are fully responsible for your order until it reaches your hands safely. If your package is damaged in transit or deemed lost by the carrier, please contact us immediately at support@bringvibes.com. We will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
