Refund & Replacement Policy

At BringVibes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-Day Return and Refund Policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, refund, or replacement.

1. FULL REFUND & FREE REPLACEMENT (Our Fault)
Because our products are made-to-order, we focus heavily on quality. You are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement without needing to return the original item if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or broken.

  • The item received is different from the description or the custom information you provided.

  • Incorrect or mismatched size sent by us.

  • The package is lost in transit.

2. RETURNS FOR BUYER's REMORSE (Customer's Fault)
We understand that you might change your mind. If you wish to return a non-defective item because you ordered the wrong size, provided incorrect custom text, or simply changed your mind, we do accept returns under these conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request the return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs to our designated facility.

  • Restocking Fee: We do NOT charge any restocking fees (No Restocking Fee).

3. HOW TO START A RETURN/REFUND

  • Step 1: Contact us at support@bringvibes.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your Order Number and clear photos of the item/defect.

  • Step 2: Our support team will review your request within 24-48 business hours.

  • Step 3: If approved for a replacement or a defect refund, we will process it immediately. If a physical return is required (for Buyer's Remorse), we will provide you with our specific Return Facility Address and instructions. (Please do not send items back without contacting us first).

4. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your refund is approved (or your returned item is received and inspected), the funds will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Credit Card: Up to 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.
