ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it at no charge. To cancel, please contact us immediately at support@bringvibes.com with your Order Number and the subject line "CANCELLATION REQUEST – [Order Number]".
After 2 hours, your order enters our production queue and cannot be canceled, as customization has already begun.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
ORDER MODIFICATION
You may request modifications (such as changes to custom text, size, or shipping address) within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee that modifications can be applied, as production may have already started.
To request a modification, contact us at
support@bringvibes.com with:
- Your Order Number
- The specific change requested
- Any relevant photos or details
HOLIDAY NOTICE
During peak seasons (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, etc.), processing times may be extended. We strongly recommend placing orders at least 3 weeks in advance during these periods.
